Robert Jördens 87d3ac9d25 suservo: swap transfer function parametrization 
The integrator is now parametrized through its gain and not the PI
corner frequency. The integrator gain limit is given in absolute gain
units and not relative to the proportional gain.

* servo enable/disable
* dds interface, timing, io_update, mask_nu
* channel control (en_out, en_iir, profile)
* profile configuration (coefficients, delays, offsets, channel)
* adc timings and waveforms measured
* asf state readback
* adc readback
