This PR copies the SMA forwarding logic from artiq to allow external clocking of Kasli-SoC, through the proper clock input to si5324. (#174)
The feature is enabled on both standalone and master variants.

Test

Successfully booted the artiq-zynq firmware using the following clock configurations:

  • int_125
  • ext0_bypass
  • ext0_synth0_125to125

Done. Also removed the additional si5324 rust configs. 85e5c08d have already addressed that.
