I can ping from intl, but all connections are getting refused by our server (even if I just curl our website).
Doesn't happen with google.

Seems that your postfix configuration is spamming mail.m-labs.hk with invalid login attempts, hence the automatic ban. Please fix that instead, and I'm still not convinced that you need postfix in the first place.
