Summary

around 0.5-1dB "knee" improvement for SMACLKin and CDR
DDMTD: replace first edge deglitcher with median edge deglitcher
- instead of just outputing the counts of the first rising edge, the new deglitcher estimate the glitch free transition by adding 1 each time the input is low until it becomes stable
- FSM is based on https://white-rabbit.web.cern.ch/documents/Precise_time_and_frequency_transfer_in_a_White_Rabbit_network.pdf (p.72)

Si549 Master <-> Si549 Satellite is mesaured
SynthNV 125MHz <-> Standalone
