DAX now has a v7.0 release with full flake support. I only ran nix flake lock in order to avoid updating any of the other entries in the lock file.

Tests fail for ARTIQ master but pass for release-7, so the doCheck override can be omitted when cherry picking this for release-7 (also please cherry pick this for release-7).

I didn't realize that I wasn't re-exporting trap-dac-utils from DAX's flake until after I made the release tag, so for the cherry pick DAX's url shouldn't be pinned to the v7.0 tag. Makes updates easier anyway.

I'm not sure if having DAX as a flake input will mess with your allowedURIs hydra patch, but probably something to be wary of. We deal with the allowed URIs issue differently for our own hydra stuff.
