libboard_misoc: add MMCSPI bitbanging driver

* Requires changes to Sayma AMC openMMC firmware as in https://github.com/HarryMakes/openMMC/commits/sayma-devel-fix/eui
* Primary supports reading EUI48 broadcasted from the MMC
