MAX1968 SHDN Pin is on 5V Voltage Level but it is controlled with 3V3 Voltage Level #43

It functionally works so far without any problem on Kirdy rev0_3 and older version of Thermostat(2.2.1) (fixed in 2.2.2).

The MAX1968 specification says the following.

Logic High Threshold = 5V x 0.75 = 3.75V

We should add a voltage translator for that.
