Hardware Revision: v0_3

Photodiode is currently configured to be Photovoaic mode(zero-biased) and cannot be changed.
Thus, the user cannot apply the PD responsivity given in/calculated from the manufactures' test report directly if PD current measurement is taken in Photoconductive mode(reverse-biased).

According to Hobbs:

To facilitate assembly just make it two zero-ohm resistors with the resistor for biasing populated by default.
