Issue Description

Hw Revision: Rev0_3

This causes a hardware connection error on Kirdy Adapter Rev0_1rc* (See Kirdy Adapter Issue#2). The markings should indicate the diode terminals throughout the schematics, schematics symbols and PCB silkscreen markings.

Changes to be Made in Next Revision

LD- => LD_K
LD+ => LD_A
PD- => PD_A
PD+ => PD_K
