Frequency response of kirdy modulation input.

Setup:

  • Gain : 25mA / V
  • Input : 1V p-p
  • DC bias : 150mA

Current measured through ZCP30 50MHz AC/DC current probe.
Input stimulus measured through resistive power splitter at the modulation input.

Results:

  • -3dB bandwidth : 18.4MHz
  • Gain flatness (<10MHz) : Better than 0.5dB
