# Fast-Servo-Prototype-Dac-Afe-Hardware-Patch This board is designed for fast-servo prototype rev1.0 to replace its malfunctioning Dac afe circuitry as mentioned in fast-servo repo issues [#62](https://github.com/sinara-hw/Fast_Servo/issues/62), [#64](https://github.com/sinara-hw/Fast_Servo/issues/64), [#65](https://github.com/sinara-hw/Fast_Servo/issues/65). This board has two analog stages. 1st Stage is an output buffer for AD9117-2 with 1.25 Gain. 2nd Stage is a 2nd Order Butterworth Low Pass Filter using a LT1568 filter building block. This filter building block is fully specified for single ended output and fully differential output. Please read the [installation.md](./installation.md) for detailed installation instructions. ## Design Specs - Power Input: ± 2.5 V - Signal Input (IN+ to IN-): ± 400 mV - Output Range: ± 0.5 V (Single-ended) or ± 1.0 V (Fully Differential) - Intended Output Load: 50 ohm - Low Pass Filter Cutoff Frequency (-3dB) = 3.18 MHz Note: This board does not have the ability to disable the Dac output on per channel basis.
