Some cards (e.g. 2245 LVDS-TTL) has Absolute Maximum Ratings, while some cards don't (e.g. 2118 BNC-TTL / 2128 SMA-TTL, 2238 MCX-TTL).

May be an issue, or not, we can decide.

2245 LVDS-TTL seems to be the only card that has the absolute maximum rating section. It doesn't tell anything really special about the card either, especially when other operational specs in the same datasheets provide a stricter bound.

So I think we should just remove the absolute maximum ratings on 2245 LVDS-TTL.
