The datasheet says "max frequency 4000MHz". That's a 250ps period. The 415ps rise time spec is contradictory.

If this was measured with the Siglent scope, I don't think it's fast enough for that.

Removed in a14aa89.
The rise time from -400 mV to +400 mV is estimated to be ~100 ps in the testing thread. But there aren't any good plot there (except a blurry plot with the cursors not at the +-400 mV setpoints).
