Simple wideband power amplifier

Target Specs

  • >= 36dBm P1dB
  • <= -20 dBc 2nd/3rd harmonics @ P1dB
  • >= 30 dB gain
  • 40 - 500 MHz operation range
  • Survives open/short output load indefinitely
  • KISS (keep it simple, stupid) design
  • 12V DC input
