compiler: do not use invoke for calls to nounwind ffi functions.

Otherwise, declarations such as:
@syscall(flags={"nounwind", "nowrite"})
def foo(...):
trip an LLVM assert because the invoke instruction and the !tbaa
metadata are no longer compatible since LLVM 4.0.
