occheung 836410a4db json: correctly specify proto_rev in comment 
The Urukul page explains the `proto_rev` attribute as protocol revision, not CPLD firmware version.

Plus, here's a subtlety.
The latest xc2c and iCE40 firmware are different, but the proto_rev is the same.

occheung 873aa1cff5 suservo: update JSON 
- There are more attributes to the SU-Servo entry. Omitted because most of them are rarely used.
- The legacy JSON config are kept such that there are instructions for release-8 (soon-to-be legacy) branch, and;
- The urukul EEM entries are substantially revamped.

atse 32328e93f3 urukul: Clarify no-firmware LED behaviour re. 4412 
A firmware-flashed Urukul 4410 lights up the RF channel red LEDs on
boot, but the Urukul 4412 normally does not, even with firmware flashed.

According to the gateware, on an Urukul 4412, the RF channel red LEDs
will not light up on boot if the configuration register's self.en_9910
signal is not set. It could be if the first DIP switch on the board is
flipped, but that's unlikely since there is no occasion to flip them on
the 4412, having no SUServo support.
