atse b0a1edd648 auto-install: Fix error at cp command

The auto-install script fails at the cp line with error "cp: -r not
specified; omitting directory `/nix/store/wcrz...-final/icons`". This
stops it from running the nixos-install command.

* Enter BIOS, disable secure boot, enable UEFI PXE network boot
* sudo auto-install
* sudo reboot
* Run memtest86
* Copy device database to ~/artiq
* Set timezone and keyboard layout
* Comment out openssh.authorizedKeys.keys
* sudo nixos-rebuild boot
* sudo nix-collect-garbage -d
* history clear
