Is there a firmware codebase for Thermostat_EEM?

Also I think the firmware plan for the EEM version is to be MQTT based, i.e. not operable standalone. Because of this, I'm not sure if it makes sense to have the same firmware as opposed to just sharing some low-level library, though that can be discussed.
