Fixes issue #43. While adding the dependency only to artiq-full worked for our CI setup, because artiq-fast builds only with kasli not with kasli_generic. It needs to be a proper dependency of artiq.

There is more to be done for conda, ie. updating info/about.json. How to do it?

remove jsonschema from artiq-fast, artiq-board-generated, shell-dev.nix ea69ab9b91

now that it is a dependency of artiq

See comments in #43. As for conda, we don't support it as an ARTIQ development environment.
