Remove some restrictions for `NumVector`. 

This removes the following inheritances:
        * Mul<Self, Output = Self>
        * Div<Self, Output = Self>
        * Add<N, Output = Self>
        * Sub<N, Output = Self>
        * MulAssign<Self>
        * DivAssign<Self>
        * AddAssign<N>
        * SubAssign<N>

They silently overrided:
        * Mul<N, Output = Self>
        * Div<N, Output = Self>
        * Add<Self, Output = Self>
        * Sub<Self, Output = Self>
        * MulAssign<N>
        * DivAssign<N>
        * AddAssign<Self>
        * SubAssign<Self>
