Since updating to RT 5.0.3 the "System default" dashboard (homepage / "RT at a glance") is empty.
This can be worked around manually by creating a new dashboard as below and switching to it.

Updated RT in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/443689. This might fix the issue. Tested on a fresh install and default RT dashboard is no longer empty.
