Updating kernel and system base to latest version fixes graphics on new NUCs with recent Intel GPUs.

Previous system version would not load any graphics at all, 24.05 loads some basic drivers from Linux 6.6, but in 800x600 only.

24.05 uses 6.6.* kernel by default, which was initially released before Intel 155H, so using fresh kernel solves all the issues. For now used version is 6.9.9.
