whitequark 31c6c79204 firmware: implement an edge profiler. 
It doesn't work extremely well, and the results can be somewhat
confusing, and it needs a libunwind patch, but it's the best I could
do and it seems still useful.

whitequark a39f8d6634 artiq_devtool: use CommMgmt instead of shelling out to artiq_coremgmt. 
(Which no longer exists.)

This also fixes `artiq_devtool hotswap` to work without
an `artiq_devtool connect` running in background.

whitequark e5995794be artiq_devtool: actually hold the lock until script termination. 
The open channel that ran flock was garbage collected, which caused
the flock command to terminate.

whitequark e8c093deb3 Allow changing runtime log level without recompilation. 
This shouldn't affect performance much, as the log crate guards
every log statement with a branch, adding just two instructions.

Sebastien Bourdeauducq 11930228fd dashboard: kill the Qt built-in main window closing mechanism 
When the main window is closed, Qt makes QApplication.exec() return, which conflicts with Quamash's implementation of loop.run_until_complete(). The conflict causes Quamash's run_forever() to return earlier than it should, and cause "RuntimeError('Event loop stopped before Future completed.')".

whitequark 57be065c15 artiq_flash: explicitly pass path within conda env to openocd datarootdir. 
By default, openocd searches for scripts in DATAROOTDIR/openocd/scripts.
This of course makes it not relocatable. Conda has a flag to try to
detect and fix such hardcoded paths, but it does not work on openocd
(likely because the .rodata contains an already concatenated path,
which cannot be padded with zeroes from the right).

So, we pass the path explicitly instead.
