Allow EBAZ4205 to be built on hydra.

If there is a way to run this through https://nixbld.m-labs.hk/ before merging that would be ideal as I was only able to test locally and didn't see a way to build all the packages simultaneously.

You can test simply with "nix build .#hydraJobs.xxx" and without Hydra. This is just what Hydra runs behind the scenes.

If the EBAZ port takes off, most likely there will be variants. So I would simply make the gateware builder accept one variant instead of dismantling the flake variant handling code as you did here.
