DRTIO: SoC master does not connect with 1.1 satellite #171

Detects link, but ping fails.

Tested with Kasli-SoC and Kasli v1.1.

V2.0 seems to work alright (tested before, after all). V1.1 however seems elusively incompatible. Could be related to byte aligment changes? Weirdly enough ARTIQ issues/prs mention v2.0 and 1.1 working in harmony.

Kasli 2.0 and 1.1 have almost the same hardware and gateware for DRTIO.

That's why I'm surprised. I can't see any significant firmware differences either for DRTIO.

Back in the office, finally could check it out bit better, in more detail - the connection wasn't working, replaced the cable and it's all good without any changes.
