kasli-soc: Add BUFG to the IBUFGDS for MMCM CLKIN1

- Fix Vivado Compilation Error [DRC REQP-119]
- MMCME2_ADV CLKIN1 and CLKIN2 are now driven from the same source type (BUFG)
